Alienity Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Human Resources Coordinator. As an integral part of our human resource team, you will contribute to the success of our innovative human resource strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in human resources, amazing inter-personal skills and be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
• Administer employee benefits programs and provide assistance to employees regarding benefits inquiries.
• Support the performance management process by tracking performance evaluations and assisting with performance review meetings.
• Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, serving as a point of contact for HR-related matters.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct research and provide data analysis on HR metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance and recommend process enhancements.

Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR support role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
