Job Description
Chordia Builders is a real estate development and construction company with residential societies in Jaipur. The organization focuses on delivering well-planned, quality housing projects with reliable infrastructure and essential amenities.
The Society Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for overseeing the upkeep of building facilities, common areas and essential services within the residential society.
Daily tasks will include planning and supervising maintenance schedules, coordinating with technicians and vendors, managing preventive and corrective repairs and ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning safely and efficiently.
The role also involves responding to resident maintenance requests, monitoring budgets for maintenance activities, maintaining records of work completed and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination and oversight of maintenance staff.
• Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance Management to plan and implement regular upkeep activities.
• Relevant experience in residential or commercial facility management, particularly in building services, utilities and civil maintenance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, contractors and management.
• Ability to maintain documentation, track work orders, and manage basic budgets and maintenance inventories.
• Diploma or degree in engineering, facility management or a related field is required; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
