Role Description The Certified Internet Consultant role at Justdial is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The consultant will meet and engage local business owners, understand their requirements, and advise them on Justdial’s online solutions and JD Omni offerings to enhance their digital presence and business performance. Daily activities include conducting sales presentations, explaining product features and benefits, onboarding new clients, and ensuring accurate listing of business information on the platform. The role involves providing ongoing customer support, training clients on using Justdial’s web and app tools, and maintaining strong relationships to drive renewals and upselling. The consultant will also collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback, resolve client issues, and contribute to regional growth targets.
Qualifications
• Consulting and advisory skills to understand business needs and recommend suitable Justdial and JD Omni solutions.
• Customer Service and client relationship management skills to deliver responsive, high-quality support and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to meet or exceed defined targets.
• Online Marketing knowledge to help businesses improve visibility and performance on digital platforms.
• Training skills to educate clients on product features, digital tools, and best practices for using Justdial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet-based tools and mobile applications.
• Prior experience in field sales, consulting, or service-based roles is preferred; experience with SMEs or local businesses is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, travel within the city for client meetings, and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
