HR & Admin Assistant
• *Location:** Jaipur, Rajasthan
• *Job Type:** Full-time
• *Experience:** Fresher–1 years
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized **HR & Admin Assistant** to support our HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave records, and basic HR-related coordination.
• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR and administrative requirements.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities as required.
• Manage general office administration and documentation.
• Perform other HR & Admin tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
• Strong **verbal and written communication skills**.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and office administration.
• Candidates based in Jaipur will be preferred.
• Candidates who can join within 7–15 days will be preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline; HR/Management background will be an advantage.
