Role Description We are seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Manager to join our on-site team in Pune City. This individual will develop and implement effective social media strategies, create and manage content calendars, and execute campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, optimizing social media content and engagement, and aligning efforts with broader digital marketing strategies. The role also requires strong collaboration with creative teams and clients to ensure all campaigns meet brand objectives and resonate with target audiences. Qualifications - Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) - Strong Communication and collaboration skills - Experience in Content Strategy and creating engaging social media campaigns - Proficiency in Digital Marketing techniques and tools - Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive improvements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Familiarity with major social media platforms and their advertising features - Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving digital trends
