Location: Delhi, India
Experience: Minimum 2 years in quick commerce
Salary: Up to ₹80,000 per month

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in performance-driven campaigns within the quick commerce sector. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to optimize marketing strategies and drive customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product) to create compelling marketing materials.
Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI on marketing spend.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine marketing strategies.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities and threats.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the quick commerce industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media ad platforms).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
