Job Description
We are building India's first pet longevity brand. Our first product, HeartPour, is out. We are backed by investors in the US.
We are hiring one person to own how the country hears that story, and how it turns into a business.
WHAT YOU WOULD OWN
The brand. Nobody in India has heard of pet longevity. You have to make them care. That is the hard part and it is yours.
Growth. Meta first, with an agency doing the running. You own CAC, contribution and repeat.
The D2C business. Shopify, the funnel, AOV, subscription. Quick Commerce when it starts.
The team. Right now it is one video editor. In a few months you will hire your own bench. You pick them.
Product, manufacturing and finance stay with the founder. You get one job, not six.
IS THIS YOU
You have grown a consumer brand from small to real. You know what ₹5L a month of ad spend feels like and what ₹50L feels like, and you know they are nothing alike.
You have written the hook yourself. Not approved it. Written it.
When a number drops, you can usually tell straight away whether it is the brand or the funnel.
YOU WILL HATE IT HERE IF
You need a ₹50L monthly budget for the job to feel interesting. We are starting small on purpose.
You want a brief. There is no brief. You are here to write it.
You want to work from home. This is in office in Ahmedabad.
THE MONEY
Fixed: up to ₹24L
Variable, paid quarterly, no ceiling: up to ₹6L
ESOP, 4 year vest, 1 year cliff: up to ₹20L
Up to ₹50L a year
At offer stage we will open the cap table and turn the screen towards you.
