Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Meta and google ads
Manage daily operations of all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to optimise engagement and reach.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional manner.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Cultivate positive public relations by managing online reputation and fostering community engagement.
Stay informed about the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing tools.
Organise promotional campaigns, contests, and collaborations to increase visibility and audience interaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for compelling storytelling.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
Ability to analyse data insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Organised with strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
