Job Description
Type of Role: Full-Time, On-Site Location: Office No. 907-909, 7th Floor, Anchor Mall, Jaipur Salary Range: ₹18K – ₹22K per month Experience Level: 0-2 years Work Timings: * am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday Get Catalyzed is a creative and innovative digital marketing company that prioritizes personal growth and teamwork. We’re looking for a LinkedIn Executive to strategize, manage, and oversee personal branding initiatives for our clients. What You’ll Do:
- Handle client LinkedIn accounts for daily engagement: reply to comments, react to posts, and maintain meaningful interaction with their network.
- Manage LinkedIn inbox: respond to messages professionally and escalate important conversations to the internal team or client when needed.
- Build and maintain lead/connection target lists based on each client’s industry and goals.
- Conduct strategic outreach to grow relevant connections and expand clients’ networks.
- Monitor LinkedIn activities, track engagement, and maintain logs/reporting for internal use.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn features and outreach strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with the overall personal branding strategy. What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Have basic experience managing LinkedIn accounts for professionals and business leaders across industries.
- Leadership Skills: Have ability to manage and work with team to deliver results.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to create impactful LinkedIn strategies and oversee their execution.
- Writing Skills: Good writing and editing skills to guide content creation.
- Expertise: In-depth understanding of LinkedIn as a platform.
- Analytics: Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics tools to measure success and optimize strategies.
- Hands-On Experience: You’ve done it all yourself before and can confidently repeat again.
