Are you a digital-savvy marketer who knows how to drive leads and work hand-in-hand with a call center team to turn them into revenue? Keller Exteriors is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help fuel our next phase of growth.
About Us
Keller Exteriors is a $5M+ exterior contracting company delivering premium roofing and exterior solutions across Oklahoma. We're building a serious marketing engine — and we want a pro who can grow with us.
What You'll Do
Own and manage our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
Create compelling content (graphics, short-form video, copy) that drives homeowner leads
Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs — leads, cost per lead, set rates, and conversion rates
Coordinate paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google) and manage lead channel partners
Collaborate closely with our call center team to align lead flow, follow-up cadence, and campaign feedback
Support field marketing initiatives and help track rep-generated leads
Assist with email marketing, review generation, and local SEO efforts
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
Proven experience working alongside or coordinating with a call center or inside sales team
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
Strong content creation skills — Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
Data-driven mindset with ability to track and report on campaign performance
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Experience in home services, construction, or a field-based industry is a plus
Compensation & Perks
Base salary: $55,000–$65,000 depending on experience
Performance-based bonuses tied to marketing results
