Showroom Manager at HIFAB TWF

• Handling showroom clients.
• Single Point Contact for Tracking of All Retail Sales Orders from Enquiry to Billing and receipt of money.
• Maintenance of Tracking Records for each ordert and keep them updated.
• Co-ordination with relevant colleagues collect information or ensure updating
• Monitoring Inquiry and Order Progress including issue of offers, quotations, material availability, production and despatch dates within the specified timelines.
• Regular co-ordination with Purchase Department for Material availability.
• Preparation of MRs for Retail Projects only, getting approval from Management and follow up for receipt of material at site.
• Make variation reports for any overextending of timelines and find out reasons thereof.
• Raising Red Flags in cases where timelines extended unreasonably for corrective action and inform the concerned people responsible for same and also the Management.
• Maintenance of Retail Project Daily Tracking Sheet in the format specified and ensuring that they are complete in all respects.
• Daily transmission of Updated Tracking Sheet received from Factory to the Management and to all Engineers for their information and review.
• Ensure that all changes in PDs are updated in the Tracking Sheet and informed specifically to the Factory.
• Collection of Daily Site Reports for Projects and advise Management on status of Projects
• Maintain complete data base of all orders and create reports with separate bifurcation of Materials supplied to site/Work Done and advise Accounts Department accordingly for billing.
• Follow up with Sales Team for payments for Work Done
• Any other responsibility as may be allocated by the Management from time to time
