Iyycburg sagehill location is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the establishment during assigned shifts.
Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Manage cash handling procedures, including processing transactions accurately and maintaining cash drawers.
Assist in training new employees on operational standards and best practices.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, following health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff and promoting teamwork.
Skills
Proven experience in cash handling and financial transactions.
Strong background in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Leadership abilities to guide and inspire team members effectively.
Knowledge of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food safety standards.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
