Duties
Consult with clients to understand their travel desires, budgets, and special requirements
Research and recommend suitable destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities
Book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel arrangements accurately and efficiently
Provide detailed itineraries and travel documentation to clients for smooth trip execution
Offer expert advice on travel regulations, visa requirements, health precautions, and local customs
Assist clients with modifications or cancellations to their bookings as needed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, promotions, and new destinations to enhance client options
Skills
Proven experience in sales or customer service within the hospitality or travel sector
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate information clearly
Hotel experience or familiarity with the hospitality industry is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and client preferences simultaneously
Knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and tour operators
Ability to work independently while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in booking software systems and Microsoft Office applications
