Job Description
CentreCore Facility Services is looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time and Part Time Exterior Maintenance Worker to join our team servicing a commercial property in Edmonton, Alberta.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping properties clean and presentable, and is comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
Perform litter picking throughout grassed areas, landscaped beds, sidewalks, parking lots, and loading docks
Clean and maintain garbage and waste enclosure areas
Pressure washing of sidewalks and garbage receptacles, dumpster/ grease enclosures
Remove graffiti using approved products and report any damage or required painting
Clean and maintain exterior public seating, flowerpots, and signage
Replace traffic control, pedestrian, and accessible parking signs using hand tools
Report unsafe conditions, property damage, maintenance concerns, and other issues
Maintain a professional appearance and customer service
Complete other exterior maintenance and cleaning duties as required
Qualifications
Previous janitorial or exterior cleaning is an asset
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to perform physical work, like walking, bending, & lifting for extended periods
Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Reliable transportation to and from the work site
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
Ability to safely operate a Kubota RTV, basic maintenance checks
Ability to use basic cleaning equipment and tools
Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
Schedule: Full-Time - 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Edmonton, AB
Job Type: Full-Time 35-40 hours per week
Pay: $18 - 20 per hour with Benefit Package
Schedule: Part-Time - 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Edmonton, AB
Job Type: Part Time 8-16 hours per week
Pay: $18 - 20 per hour
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
