Scope of the Position


The Service Technician is responsible for assembling customized electrical manufacturing products built to customer requirements including custom distribution panels, Industrial Automation and Process Controls.


Major Responsibilities


Customize and fabricate electrical panels, switchboards and switchgear.
Assist in repairs to equipment requiring service from the customer.
Operate and maintain busbar bender, CNC box cutter, and other power tools.
Document, complete and maintain all service forms, reports, logs and records of repairs, in-progress and completed work.
Follow all proper safety practices and ensure compliance of regulatory requirements while maintaining a safe work environment for all.
Support the Company's quality process to achieve total satisfaction of customer's requirements per specifications.
Assist in on site work when required.
Conduct other duties and project work as assigned.

Requirements:


High school diploma required.
1-3 years experience in a similar role preferred.
Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge or experience an asset.
