Full job description
We're looking for a driven and experienced Service Administrator to help fuel the ongoing success of our Mobile Cranes division at our Yatala branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work locally, make a real impact within a dynamic team, and grow their career with a respected OEM.
As a key member of the service team and reporting directly to the Service Manager, you'll handle a variety of administrative responsibilities that ensure seamless day-to-day operations and top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Raising service jobs, costings and repair orders, including job costing and timely invoicing
Assisting with the scheduling of services
Organise/book travel/accommodation
Timesheet Data Entry
Addressing customer queries
Processing Expense Claims and Supplier invoices
Purchasing and Accounts Payable workflow
Update and manage data bases, filing and archiving
About You
Cert III in Business Administration OR minimum 2 years relevant administrative experience
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Strong MS Word and Excel skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
Initiative and self-drive
Problem solving skills
