Service Administrator

Nido Early School Ascot Vale is seeking an administrator who is expert in making the ordinary exceptional. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring the service provides exceptional customer services and a warm Nido welcome to all families. You will lean on your organisational expertise and time management skills, in contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team.

ABOUT YOU:

Are a voice for all children
Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Are a great communicator
Have outstanding customer service skills

SKILLS EXPERIENCE:

Previous front administration experience highly regarded
A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
Certificate or Diploma in Business - desirable
