As we scale, we're building a sharp, driven marketing team in Bhopal — and we're looking for someone who can own both organic and paid growth channels with equal confidence.
The Role: SEO & Paid Marketing Executive
You'll be the engine behind our digital visibility — driving qualified traffic, improving search rankings, and managing performance ad campaigns across platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who's already done this before and wants to do it better.
What You'll Do
• Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies — keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO audits, and link building.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms — from setup to performance reporting.
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, organic rankings, conversion rates) and use the data to make smarter decisions.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure SEO-aligned content and compelling ad creatives.
• Stay current with algorithm updates, platform changes, and industry best practices.
• Identify growth opportunities across both paid and organic channels and bring those ideas to the table.
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO and Paid Marketing (both, not just one).
• Proven ability to manage Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Solid understanding of SEO tools — Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and performance tracking fundamentals.
• Analytical mindset — you don't just run campaigns, you understand why they work (or don't).
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Must be based in Bhopal and comfortable with full-time in-office work.
