Gap Personnel are proud to be working with a leading company in their field of written communications. Due to ongoing expansion, they are now looking to hire a Warehouse Stock Runner to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual to play a key role in supporting warehouse operations.
Location: Wymondham, NR18
Salary: £28,750
Contract Type: Full time, Permament
Shift : Sunday to Thursday, 11:00PM - 07:00AM
Key Responsibilities:
• Support a team of warehouse operatives to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist with the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure stock is correctly stored and organized, maintaining high standards of warehouse housekeeping
• Conduct stock checks and inventory management, ensuring accurate records
• Provide training and guidance to new staff members, fostering a positive team environment
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Troubleshoot and feedback any operational issues in a timely manner
• Assist with the loading and unloading of goods, using appropriate equipment when necessary
Requirements:
• Proven experience working in a warehouse, with some experience in a leadership or senior role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving goods
• Ability to pass a background check (this is a requirement for the role)
