Our Technical Support team is there for them whenever they need help – by phone or email, online and on social media. No matter how complex the challenge, we rise to it. We answer questions about the installation, operation, configuration, customization and use of Dell Technologies products. For critical matters, we use our systems to provide remote diagnostic technical support. If there's an issue with a customer's product, we'll analyze it, identify the cause, recommend a solution and document the problem.

What you'll achieve
As a Senior Technical Support Technician, you will work with highly skilled technical advisors to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.

You will:
• Solve complex problems for customers and be on top of ambitious expectations
• Exhibit first-class customer service providing end to end support to customer reported issues or queries
• Drive operational excellence through quality closures and efficient management of issues
• Have the opportunity to mentor and coach other team members

Essential Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting (Laptops, Desktops, Peripherals, Windows OS etc.)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• World-class customer service skills, phone etiquette, work ethic and ability to work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, holidays, weekends and on- call responsibilities as per Business requirements

Desirable Requirements
• Extensive knowledge on hardware and basic networking
• Advanced software knowledge of operating system, MS Office and other applications
