Key Responsibilities

Handle website sales and support customers throughout the purchase journey.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery updates.

Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Support promotional campaigns and online sales initiatives.
Required Skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic understanding of online shopping and e-commerce platforms.
Confidence in telecalling and sales conversations.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
