Qualifications
You’re a self-starter with a proven ability to generate a strong leads pipeline
You’re good at building rapport and establishing strong relationships with potential clients
You’re constantly researching & identifying new markets
You know how to learn quickly and fail fast
You love talking to people & you’re ready to do so in any context – phone, email, conferences, LinkedIn, etc
2+ years of business development and/or sales experience focused on outbound software sales, particularly with cold calling and conferences
Strong desire to move up within a sales organization
Proficiency with SalesForce, Hubspot, Apollo, and other sales-tech/CRM SW
An excellent understanding of the multi-chapter membership organizations/nonprofit landscape
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and exercise flexibility
Creative problem-solver with strong research and analytical skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating strong communication skills
