Job description
As a compassionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Aged Care team at Nazareth Care. Your expertise will help drive improvements in patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborating with the team to achieve best practice and improved patient outcomes
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation and record keeping

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA registration
- 2+ years experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Aged Care
- Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills
- Commitment to delivering person-centred care and improving patient outcomes
