Los Angeles, CA Remote

About us: At talisman advisory partners we provide talent solutions today, for the industries of tomorrow. We're a search and staffing firm that has vertically integrated functional recruitment teams across Energy and Infrastructure. We are growing the team at our LA HQ in Venice and looking to hire senior recruiters with experience in the energy, infrastructure & sustainability space. (Also open to candidates working from our NYC and Mexico City offices).

What we're looking for:
• At least 2 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Recruitment agency experience, ideally in STEM
• Experience working in technical, candidate short markets
• Track record of hitting weekly/monthly/quarterly business development targets
• Ambitious, smart, and excellent communicators
• Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment

What you'll do:
• Source top talent using various networking tools (LI Recruiter, CRM, events, cold call, email)
• Navigate hiring processes using professional negotiation skills and judgment
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality candidate and client management
• Identify trends and opportunities across your target market and candidate pool
• Set and exceed goals around business objectives
