Job Details:
Senior Project Manager Implementation Specialist with minimum 10 years of RELEVANT Domain Knowledge Experience with payment interfaces (ISO 8583, SMS, Dual-Message, Web APIs)
Practical experience with certifications tools for VISA/MasterCard/AMEX
Knowledge and experience of working with EMV standards (Issuing/Acquiring)
Hands-on experience of various banking financial switches such as Base24, IST, Postilian, etc.
Working knowledge of Payments Technology
Transactions Clearing & Settlement
Knowledge of NCR/Diebold/Wincor message protocols
Knowledge of ATM/POS application testing
Core knowledge of transaction processing (Issuer, Acquirer)
Experience with Card Processing / Authorizations Applications
Knowledge of developing applications using Extensions for Financial Services (XFS) interface
Solid technical background of Web Payment Applications
Project Management Skills and Education: Be able to estimate and plan projects from start to finish with built in contingencies
Capability to ensure projects meet industry-leading quality standards and best practices
Able to manage, monitor, motivate or train the cross functional team assigned to the project
Team management experience, managing project teams of up to 10 people
Be able and confident in delivering presentations and giving demos
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Experience of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage
Experience of in-depths system testing and UAT at various stages of the project
