Salary- Upto 10 Lac CTC

Experience-

Min. 8+ yrs - Diamond / Marble polishing pads manufacturing Industry Experience must.

Responsibilities -
• Diamond / Marble polishing pads manufacturing Industry Experience must.
• Develop manufacturing standard performance metric targets and goals through goal-setting exercises for the plant. Establish manufacturing cost / quantity, and quality targets for the Plant as per Business Plan.
• Plan, deploy, and monitor overall production functions as per the systems and procedures, ensuring meeting production targets as per Rolling Plan month on month Monitor the production plan on a daily, weekly, monthly quarterly basis to ensure that production targets are met take corrective action for delays.
• Define annual goals and performance improvement objectives for maintenance, approve activities timing, and plan shutdown timing for production. Review and approve the preventive/ predictive maintenance and updates.
• Optimum capacity utilization of the plant by planning for all resources (Raw Materials, Manpower, Machinery, Electricity, etc.) to ensure minimum wastage on-time delivery.
• Monitor team efficiency take corrective action. Ensure efficient use of resources to meet production targets and be competitive in terms of quality and efficiency.
• Manage and Review Production Costs as planned. Review reports on OT and Productivity
• analysis, Consumables, tools other factory costs, Capacity Manpower Utilization.
• Study, analyze share any new R D/ Techniques available in production discuss their viability with the Management.
• Monitor quality standards as per QAP/ ISO requirements.
• Ensure proper planning and execution for order completion. Participate in a planning meetings and provide inputs on the budget for production and understand the customer's requirement from the Client Managers to complete the planned orders.
• Responsible to check the feasibility of the new products developed for release to set up of production process of the new product.
• Create, revise/update and maintain department SOPs ensure its implementation adherence.
• Responsible for the safety of goods and production on the production floor and optimum utilization of material to be issued to continue the flow of material.
• Ensure adherence to all factory production compliance. Ensure regular maintenance of tools, machinery, and factory (all things related to the factory).
• Identifying manufacturing capabilities outside to augment in-house capability to meet higher production targets in a flexible and low-cost manner
• Maintain the engagement level of the production teams and motivate them and drive a performance culture.
