About the role and team
We have an opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our growing Insurance team based in our Perth office, on a 12-month full time fixed term contract.
The role provides administrative support to the Insurance team and is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly team in a positive and rewarding environment.
You will be responsible for:
assisting with the preparation of court documents and correspondence;
drafting and saving of documentation as required
diarising key event and court dates
preparing monthly billing;
managing client file maintenance for the team;
coordinating all incoming and outgoing correspondence; and
other ad-hoc administration duties as needed
About you
You will ideally have the following skills and experience:
minimum 2 -3 years administrative experience in a professional services environment;
experience with billing
excellent communication skills;
highly organised with strong attention to detail;
a strong ability to prioritise and meet deadlines; and
experience with iManage and Aderant preferred but not required.
