Responsibilities Our ideal candidates should have good experience with HR practices and employee management. Must have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build good relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels.
You will be the consultant on human resources management and organizational changes for the segment Manage Retention, Performance Appraisal, Career management and succession planning Talent Development -Identify training needs for teams and individuals and evaluate training programs with close collaboration with the business and the learning teams Must have experience in Compensation and Rewards Build Strong Employee Relations through grievance handing, providing HR policy guidance and Motivation and Engagement Resolve complex employee relations issues and address any grievances Analyze trends and metrics for the HR department Creating dashboards needed for stakeholder discussions / meetings Work closely with senior leaders and employees to improve working relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Suggest, implement, and execute innovative HR programs / strategies Anticipate issues and needs within the segment and address these effectively Working collaboratively in a team environment- must have the ability to work with cross-functional teams Keep up to date with industry trends Qualifications Graduate or a post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is desirable.
10-12 proven HR generalist experience (e.g., performance management, employee relations) Experience in managing and mentoring teams Additional Requirements Excellent people management skills, at least 2 years’ experience in managing teams Strong Analytical skills, must have experience working excel
