Role Overview: As a part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will drive end-to-end hiring across Sales, Corporate, and Leadership roles, building strong teams aligned with AgroStars mission. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, employer branding, data-driven recruitment strategies, and seamless onboarding, while mentoring the TA team and partnering with business leaders to enable scalable growth. The Role: Lead and manage recruitment across Sales, Corporate, and Leadership roles at AgroStar building the talent engine that powers our mission of #HelpingFarmersWin . You will focus on building proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, referrals, campus hiring, and alternate sourcing channels, ensuring a steady flow of quality candidates.
