Senior Manager, Culture and Training - Mercer Super

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk and Compliance team at Mercer Super. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Lead the assessment of Mercer Super’s risk culture through surveys and data analysis, developing actionable plans to enhance our risk culture.
Design and implement a tailored risk and compliance training program to address capability gaps across Mercer Super and its related entities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on risk culture initiatives.
Champion a proactive risk culture by ensuring employees understand their roles and responsibilities in risk management.
Support the development of managers within the Risk and Compliance team through guidance and training.
What you need to have:

Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in risk culture programs within the financial services industry, preferably in superannuation.
Proven track record in culture programs and training development.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
