Job Description

About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential brands and advertisers and pitch advertising and marketing solutions

2. Acquire and onboard new regional and national brands onto the platform

3. Drive revenue generation by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

4. Close high-value brand partnerships and develop monetization opportunities

5. Understand client marketing objectives and design effective advertising campaigns

6. Coordinate with marketing, operations, design, and tech teams for campaign execution

7. Manage relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, media agencies, and media buyers

8. Drive renewals, upselling, and long-term client retention

9. Lead, mentor, and guide brand managers and executives

10. Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of departmental targets

11. Identify opportunities for growth and improve overall ad sales performance

• 1. Proven experience in advertisement sales (Ad Sales)
• 2. Experience in managing and selling digital advertising solutions/platforms
• 3. Strong ability to generate revenue and close high-value deals
• 4. Experience in brand acquisition and client onboarding
• 5. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• 6. Ability to understand client marketing needs and design campaign solutions
• 7. Experience in working with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, operations, tech)
• 8. Leadership experience in managing or mentoring a sales team (preferred)
• 9. Strong target-driven mindset with ability to achieve sales goals
• 10. Experience with NoBrokerHood or similar platforms (preferred)
