About the Role

Graphic Design (80%)
• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work that meets design specifications and budget constraints.
• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects while adhering to design guidelines.
• Present design ideas, concepts, and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into the final design.
• Strong understanding of layouts, typography, print design, and web design fundamentals.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
• Experience in landscape and architectural projects with an eye for high-quality graphic design.
• Proven track record of successfully executing complex, large-scale projects.

Marketing Communications (20%)
• Create and execute marketing campaigns, including designing posters and flyers for internal and external media channels.
• Engage in creative writing for blogs, content, and newsletters, and manage posts on professional media or internal intranet platforms.
