We wish to complement our existing Fulton Hogan Utilities team with an experienced Senior Contracts Manager with a high level of commercial/financial acumen to support our teams delivering national Telecommunications projects. In this role you'll be responsible for:
Identifying, drafting and managing head contract claims, delays, extensions of time and cost submissions
Drafting contractual correspondence and contract amendments
Working closely with senior management and legal teams to manage contract compliance and strategy
Negotiating and resolving contractual claims and disputes with clients
Contractual governance, management reporting and alignment across projects.
How you'll connect to the role:
Tertiary qualifications in Law, Construction Law, Engineering or similar
Previous experience successfully managing high value construction contracts ($100m +)
Extensive experience managing complex contractual claims, disputes, and variations
Ability to build strong relationships and networks with key internal/external stakeholders such as engineering, legal and finance teams
Have a high level of personal motivation and commercial acumen
Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.
