LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.



Roles & Requirements
Coordinate daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and shipment tracking.
Handle import and export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, customs clearance, etc.).
Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor shipments, maintain records, and prepare logistics reports.
Support cost control through vendor coordination and negotiation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and trade regulations.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field).
Good command of English (spoken and written) is needed.
2+ years of experience in logistics/import-export is a plus.
Knowledge of customs clearance, shipping procedures, and incoterms preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is an advantage.
