Position : Senior Chartered Accountant
Experience : 10 to 20 Years
Qualifications : Chartered Accountant

Must be good in english and presentable
Preparation of computation of total income of Company, Firm, Individual, HUF Trust for the purpose of advance tax calculation and filing of return of Income u/s 13+(1) of the IT Act.
Preparing and filing of Income Tax returns, various Forms and TDS return
Managing and Co-ordinating with Auditor for finalization of Tax Audits or Transfer Pricing and Submission of in Form No 3CB or 3CEB
Managing Tax Planning of Company, Firm, Individual, HUF, Trust etc
Handling of assessment for Income Tax, TDS, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Survey, Search & Seizure etc
Follow up with Income Tax Department for collection of refund, rectification and appeal effect order etc.
Attending hearing which are selected for scrutiny assessment before the income Tax officer, TDS officer, as per schedule time to avoid ex-party & timely submission of documents to avoid any penalty proceedings.
Ensure to withhold tax under DTAA, certification with CA in Form 15CB along with uploading of remittances details to Income Tax Department in Form 15CA.
Manage Legal MIS for Taxation on monthly basis.
Maintaining and monitoring of wealth of Individual and Company as per wealth tax rules.
