SEND Teacher

As our Specialist SEND Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and targeted interventions for learners across Foundation Learning programmes based at multiple college campuses. Supporting students with a range of complex needs, including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, you’ll ensure every learner has access to a consistent, engaging, and inclusive education.

This is a varied and rewarding role involving everything from 1:1 and small group support for disengaged learners, to providing cover across programmes and advising colleagues on effective SEND and SEMH strategies.
