School Counsellor

We are looking out young and energetic female counselor
• Mud and Clay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counsellor to support the academic, social, and emotional development of our students. The ideal candidate will provide counselling services, implement intervention programs, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide individual and group counselling to students on academic, social, and emotional issues.
• Develop and implement school-wide programs to promote student well-being and success.
• Work with teachers and parents to identify and address student needs.
• Assist students in setting and achieving academic and personal goals.
• Address bullying, conflict resolution, and behavioural concerns through guidance programs.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with school and state regulations.
• Conduct assessments and provide referrals for additional support services as needed.

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience in a customer relationship or client servicing role (preferably in education or related fields)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proactive approach to problem-solving

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
