Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Delhi, India. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for food and dairy ingredients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential and existing customers,, and providing technical and commercial information about the company’s offerings. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales in alignment with company policies.
Qualifications
Proven skills in B2B sales, business development, and account management within food, dairy, or related ingredients industries.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to interact effectively with manufacturers, traders, and internal stakeholders.
Solid organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills to handle multiple accounts, and sales activities efficiently.
Understanding of food and dairy ingredient products, quality standards, and basic technical specifications (experience with ISO or similar standards is an advantage).
Ability to work on-site.
Professional fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional language skills are a plus.
