What to Expect
1. With a nearly blank slate in in-house development capability, there is a great opportunity to setup the foundation to build state-of-the-art lending and banking platforms and evolve them rapidly. It does have a sizable business that can be transferred from vendor platforms.
2. Collaborate with industry experts to learn and improve the nuances of running a large, ever-changing business. Yes, the tech team is more than just a tech team; they are equal partners with product and business to move this place forward.
3. A no-nonsense culture with a bias for action while balancing the needs and aspirations of all participants, including employees—yes, they do matter to us, and they matter a lot.
