Job Description
Responsibility:
• Search for new customers
• Handle customer inquiries over the phone, email and Whats App
• Follow up on inquiries
• Generate sales from existing customers
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time dispatch

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
• Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation

Professional Skills:
• Objection handling skills.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of Tally or other ERP systems.
