Job Description
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with the travel trade and an established network across travel agents, tour operators, destination management companies (DMCs) and luxury travel advisors. The role will focus on positioning Qila Tatarpur as one of Rajasthans leading luxury heritage destinations.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs and luxury travel advisors.Generate leisure, FIT and group business through the travel trade.Conduct regular sales calls, market visits and hotel presentations.Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows and networking events.Negotiate contracts and preferred partnerships.Monitor market trends and competitor activity.Work closely with Revenue Management and Reservations to maximise business opportunities.Maintain accurate sales reports and account plans.
Qualifications
46 years experience in hotel sales, preferably handling the travel trade segment.Strong network across travel agents, DMCs and tour operators in North India.Experience with luxury hotels, heritage hotels or resorts preferred.Good understanding of Rajasthans leisure tourism market.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
