Sales Manager – Outdoor Hoardings (OOH Advertising)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven OOH Media Sales professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Outdoor Advertising industry and experience in generating business through brands, advertising agencies, media buying houses, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
• Sell OOH and DOOH advertising solutions including Billboards, Metro Media, Airport Advertising, Transit Media, Retail Branding, Digital Screens, and Experiential Activations.
• Prepare media proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution and delivery.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities.
• Manage client accounts and ensure timely collections.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 3–8 years of experience in OOH Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Media Sales, or Business Development.
• Strong network with advertising agencies, media planners, and corporate marketing teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Sound understanding of outdoor media planning and advertising solutions.
