Job Overview
We are at an exciting time in our journey and now require a Sales Manager. Our Sales manager is responsible for the expansion of Kïdo Education and Kïdo Group. You will play a major role in expanding our footprint across the country.
This role is based in our India Country Hub in Mumbai. You will report to the India CEO based in Mumbai.
So, what will a Sales Manager do at Kïdo Education?
• Generate potential databases by way of research.
• Connect with database and references for Business Expansion.
• Proficiency in contract negotiations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales, and handling clients efficiently
• Setting targets and taking corrective action when needed.
• Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures.
• Handle marketing initiatives and alliances in the assigned territory
Requirements
Sales Manager Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
• Two to three years of experience as a sales manager
• Three to five years of sales experience
• Proven track record of positive sales performance
