Position: Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5+ yrs.
KRAs:
* Lead generation from local area
* Managing leads given by HO
* Achieving assigned targets and exceeding them
* Giving fortnightly performance reports to the regional manager
* Monitor achievement of sales target
* Closing small to medium scale accounts
* Seeking help of regional manager for larger accounts
* Actively assessing competitors’ moves and activities.
* Follow up with customers regarding after closing deals to ensure service level satisfaction.
* Build healthy customer relationships.
* Knowledge of the products offered and additional features available.
