Job Summary
Morakhia Copper & Alloys Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to support business growth in the Copper Tubes and Industrial Products segment. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales experience and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities, build customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
The position requires a professional who can independently manage customer accounts, develop new markets and contribute to the company's long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new customers and business opportunities for Copper Tubes and related industrial products.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, dealers, distributors and industrial buyers.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and business development meetings.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch and Accounts departments for smooth execution of orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Submit regular sales reports and business development updates to management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Copper Products, Copper Tubes, HVAC Products, Refrigeration Products or related manufacturing industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently manage sales territories and customer accounts.
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes and industrial markets.
• Willingness to travel for business development activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience in Copper Tubes, Copper Products, HVAC Materials, Refrigeration Components, Industrial Metals or Engineering Products. Candidates with existing industry contacts and strong market knowledge will be preferred.
