Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to join our team and drive revenue growth through the sale of our innovative workflow solutions to Indian financial institutions. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your expertise in product benchmarking, market positioning, and relationship-building to achieve outstanding results.
The Challenge
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue high-value opportunities, build and execute go-to-market strategies, and develop deep relationships with key decision-makers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional results.
Key Accountabilities
• Enterprise Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, focusing on workflow-based solutions in the BFSI space.
• Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key clients, identifying and pursuing opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and renew existing contracts.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure outstanding performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the BFSI sector
• Strong understanding of product monetization models, including license-based, SaaS, and implementation
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
