Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader / Sales Head from the real estate industry to lead and drive the performance of the sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of 8–10 sales executives. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 8–10 sales team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.
• Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline management, and team performance through Salesforce CRM.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records, lead status, and sales reports in Salesforce.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to enhance team productivity.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop action plans.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to execute campaigns and generate quality leads.
• Prepare periodic sales forecasts, MIS reports, and presentations for senior management.
• Drive the team towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to build a high-performing sales team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA will be an added advantage.
• 5–10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 2–3 years in a team handling or leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing a sales team of 8–10 members.
