Position: Sales Executive – Schiffli Embroidery

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage and expand our Schiffli Embroidery business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and acting as a bridge between customers and the production team to ensure timely execution and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service and regular follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal merchandising and production teams for smooth order execution.
Generate new business opportunities through market visits, networking, and lead generation activities.
Develop new customers for our Schiffli Embroidery manufacturing segments.
Act as a single point of contact between clients and the company to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
Monitor order status and proactively update customers on production and delivery schedules.
Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain long-term business relationships.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and MIS for management review.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings when required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile, Marketing, or a related field.
3–6 years of sales experience in the textile/Schiffli Embroidery fabric.
Prior experience in Schiffli embroidery / textile sales will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of Schiffli Embroidery manufacturing processes and textile products.
Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR and nearby regions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
