Job Description
What are we looking for?
As an Associate Circle Head, you will manage our agency business by leading a team of Field Sales Executives, focusing on maximizing their sales and quality performance within the designated circle. Please note that for internal candidates, Propel FLS will receive preference, in accordance with the Propel placement guidelines.
What does the job entail?
Build and lead a team of 8-10 highly motivated frontline sales professionals. Create desired sales behaviors within the team using our digital sales management process. Design and execute a sales plan to help your team expand their distribution (agent) network and meet targets. Plan and manage the revenue objectives of your assigned branch or unit. Review your team's progress against the plan and coach them to succeed. Ensure the quality and persistency of business.
Work Experience
Minimum of 6 years of total sales experience, including at least 2 years in a people management role.
Essential Qualification
Graduation in any stream
Preferred Skills
Strong sales planning, team management, and a high achievement drive.
