Role Description The Sales Executive Proactive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role focuses on actively identifying and engaging new corporate, group, and leisure business opportunities for Clarks Group of Hotels. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales calls and client meetings, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the reservations, front office, and marketing teams to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction. The role also involves regular market research, participation in networking events, and timely reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance targets.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Candidates should possess hospitality and customer service skills, with the ability to understand guest needs and tailor solutions for corporate and leisure segments.
• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to present hotel offerings confidently.
• Candidates should possess planning, organizational, and reporting skills, with experience in maintaining sales pipelines and using CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with hotel reservation or property management systems.
• Relevant experience in hotel or travel industry sales is highly beneficial; prior work in Jaipur or Rajasthan market will be an added advantage.
• A diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible hours as per business needs.
